Let’s FIX PARA PAY now - not at our next contract. Our current para chairperson never heard our concerns during contract negotiations and feels that we are paid enough. Many paras juggle multiple jobs to make ends meet. Well I say “NO.” We are professionals and we should be compensated as such. Paras deserve a living wage and a fair contract.
