I have been a paraprofessional for the past 13 years and with the DOE a total of 24 years. I am the UFT chapter leader at my school, I believe in a fair contract for all. I took on the DOE in an extremely hard case, but I did my homework and to everyone’s disbelief I won. I will be a stronger leader our chapter needs and promise to represent and fight for our chapter.
